Our black soldier fly larvae oil is extracted from carefully selected Hermetia illucens larvae—the most commercially established and fastest-growing insect species in the global feed industry—using a proprietary low-temperature mechanical pressing and filtration process. This gentle extraction method preserves heat-sensitive bioactive compounds—including lauric acid, medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), natural antioxidants, and phospholipids—while delivering a clean, golden-amber oil with the natural […]

Our mealworm oil is extracted from carefully selected Tenebrio molitor larvae—the most extensively studied and commercially established insect species in the world—using a proprietary low-temperature mechanical pressing and filtration process. This gentle extraction method preserves heat-sensitive bioactive compounds—including tocopherols (natural vitamin E), carotenoids, phenolic compounds, and phospholipids—while delivering a clean, golden-yellow oil with the natural aroma and flavor of […]

Our grasshopper meal is produced from farm-raised Acrididae family grasshoppers (including Acrida cinerea and related species), harvested at optimal nutritional maturity and processed through a precision low-temperature drying and milling system. The process preserves heat-sensitive bioactive compounds—including polyunsaturated fatty acids, phospholipids, SOD, flavonoids, and natural minerals—while producing a fine, uniform meal with extended shelf life. Grasshoppers and locusts are among the […]

Our defatted mealworm meal is crafted from carefully selected Tenebrio molitor larvae—the most extensively studied and commercially established insect protein species in the world. Harvested at optimal nutritional peak and processed through a proprietary low-temperature mechanical defatting system, our meal removes excess fat while preserving heat-sensitive bioactive compounds—including antimicrobial peptides, defensins, and chitin—and concentrates crude protein to levels that exceed […]

Our defatted BSFL meal is produced from larvae reared exclusively on pre-consumer food waste—a clean, traceable organic substrate sourced from commercial food processing facilities. Black soldier fly larvae are nature’s most efficient bioconverters: they transform organic waste into high-quality protein biomass while simultaneously reducing waste volume and greenhouse gas emissions. Research confirms that 1 kg of […]

Our defatted BSFL meal represents a new generation of sustainable protein ingredients. The larvae are raised on a carefully controlled diet of distillers’ grains—a nutrient-rich byproduct of the grain fermentation and distillation industry—harvested at the prepupal stage, and processed through a proprietary low-temperature defatting process that removes excess fat while preserving heat-sensitive bioactive compounds. The choice of rearing […]

Species: Tenebrio molitor (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae)Form: Whole dried larvae, ready to feed Our dried mealworms are produced from carefully raised Tenebrio molitor larvae, harvested at optimal nutritional peak, and processed through a controlled drying system that preserves natural nutrients while ensuring a shelf life of 24–36 months. The result is a consistent, high-quality insect protein ingredient that meets […]

Dried BSFL isn’t just another “alternative protein.” It’s a functional ingredient that solves real, everyday problems for five distinct groups. If you fit into any of the categories below, you need BSFL in your feed strategy – not someday, but now. 1. Poultry Farmers (Layers & Broilers) Who you are:You run a commercial egg or […]

Our dried BSF larvae are cultivated in a controlled, sterile environment using organic pre-consumer substrates, harvested at the prepupal stage—when nutrient density peaks—and gently dried via a low-temperature air circulation system. This process preserves heat-sensitive bioactive compounds while reducing moisture to below 5%, ensuring a shelf life of 24 months without artificial preservatives. Black Soldier […]
